Leah brought some homemade pasta with her this weekend, spinach, beet, and sun dried tomato flavors. I made a carbonara sauce using mushrooms, bacon, onion and peas for it. I don’t think I made quite enough sauce for the amount of pasta there was, but it was tasty! Roasted asparagus, garlic toast and candy salad to got with. (candy salad is spinach with Gorgonzola, pear, candied nuts, and dried cranberries)
Bridget and Kathleen also joined us, and Bridget brought some tasty mini pastries that were amazing.
