Yep, we grilled in the snow. The steak was perfect! Served with steamed mixed veggies and roasted sweet potatoes topped with goat cheese. I used cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, salt, pepper, sriracha, brown sugar, and olive oil on the sweet potatoes. They were a perfect blend of sweet and spicy with the goat cheese there to cut through the spice just enough.
