Tumblr mom's, I need help
Oliver is having some napping issues. He will usually fall asleep within a few minutes, but will not nap for longer than 20-30 minutes. Unless he is in our bed with us (which only happens on weekend mornings). He sleeps through the night (7pm to 5:30am) without a peep, but napping is a different story. By the end of the day he looks exhausted and is very fussy. We can tell when he does wake up...

And then they met in a sandbox, talked about their day with the other family (they could both talk like adults but were their current age), and went back to their respective homes.

Phil is currently going through the interview process with a new company, he is in the third and last interview with 5 people right now. I am so nervous and excited for him I can hardly stand it!
