So far, this child loves food, and will eat anything I give him. I think he favorite so far is chunks of banana in the mesh food sack, he sucks it with hilarious ferocity.
Getting tickled by daddy is hilarious.
I am really not good at getting pictures of christmas lights, especially when two little boys are involved. But, these will have to do, for now.
We went to zoo lights tonight with friends, and I got no pictures since Oliver is now at that fun ” run around like a banshee” stage. But right before we headed out, Oliver stuck his head into Ellie’s car seat and said hi, then gave him lots of smooches. Enough for me to notice, and then get my phone out.
I love watching them interact, especially when Oliver is being super sweet!
Best stop sign I’ve ever seen.
Last night was amazing! The party was Great Gatsby themed and the decor was perfect, as were the signature cocktails! It still blows me away how much a for profit company will spend on a party, but that comes from my nonprofit perspective.
Tis the season to remind everyone that dropping money in those little red Salvation Army buckets is giving money to an organization whose media relations director (Major Andrew Craibe) once stated in an interview that gay parents deserved to die.
The Salvation Army is staunchly against homosexuals, especially gay parents. They want to help families in need—as long as they’re not headed by homosexuals. So that bell you hear ringing is actually the sound of intolerance and hatred.
I ask you to think twice about giving any money to this organization, and that you share this with friends.
A good reminder. Instead of sticking that dollar in the bucket, here are some worthwhile charities to give it to this holiday season:
Always good to remember.
Makeup, hair, and jewlery, done! Just waiting for Phil to get home to change into my dress.
Thanks for all the kind words today, you gals are the best.
We are going to Phil’s fancy holiday party tonight, and I am already feeling uncomfortable and self conscious about myself….and I haven’t even put the dress on yet.
So that should be fun.
At least it’s open bar. Right? Right!
I couldn’t help it, I had to Elf my family, and then pick the hip hop version.
Phil and I were laughing too hard not to share.
