Last dinner at home, just me and him, before he becomes a big brother.
He is staying with my parents tomorrow night since we have to be at the hospital super early on Friday.
Whole wheat spagetti with brown butter, mizithra cheese, and broccolini (and lots of freshly ground black pepper). BBQ pork chop, and a simple salad to round everything out.
Quick and easy Sunday dinner.

We went to the Syttende-Mai parade in Ballard this evening, and even though we probably only saw 1/3 of it before we needed to leave, it was fun! Ollie loved the police motorcycle show, and the marching bands the best. On our way back to the car, we walked past a band that was waiting to actually start the parade, the kids were all just kinda playing around but they noticed Ollie watching them intently and a whole bunch of them played and sand Bringing Home My Baby Bumblebee to him. He danced and waved, it was the best!
